Cancelled | Your order has been cancelled due to the reason emailed to you. |
Refunded | Your refund has been processed. |

- Our customer service team will get in touch with you to verify the condition of the goods.
- If requirements stated in our Terms & Conditions are met, you can proceed to deliver the item back to us for checking. All delivery charges are to be borne by buyer.
- Upon inspection at our end, if goods are deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement for said item.
