How to place an order

  5. After clicking "Place Order", you will receive an email stating that you have placed an order with your order details in it.

  7. Your order will be processed after payment is confirmed. If no payment is received within five (5) calendar days, your oder will be cancelled.

Order Confirmed We have received your payment. Your order is being processed.
Shipped Your order is on the way to you. You may track your order with the information emailed to you.
Delivered Your order has been delivered to you.

Cancelled Your order has been cancelled due to the reason emailed to you.
Refunded Your refund has been processed.

How to arrange warranty claim

  2. Our customer service team will get in touch with you to verify the condition of the goods.
  3. If requirements stated in our Terms & Conditions are met, you can proceed to deliver the item back to us for checking. All delivery charges are to be borne by buyer.
  4. Upon inspection at our end, if goods are deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement for said item.
